LiveWell Community Wellness Grants aim to support the health of Douglas County residents by creating conditions that lead to healthy eating and physically active lifestyles. We conduct one grant cycle each year. DCCF supports lasting measures that improve residents’ health. For this reason, we will favor projects that create long-term policy, systems and environmental change. We will also consider funding programs that increase access to healthy food and/or promote healthy eating and physically active lifestyles, especially if the program advances a larger community goal.
The 2018 deadline is Friday, October 19, 2018.
