DCCF Provides COVID-19 Crisis Emergency Response Grants
Douglas County Community Foundation has awarded DCCF Crisis Response Fund grants to 33 nonprofit organizations serving Douglas County residents, totaling over $250,000. These organizations are providing direct services to Douglas County residents facing food and housing insecurity, job losses and health challenges. DCCF Crisis Response Fund Grants were for 501(c)(3) organizations located in or serving residents of Douglas County, Kansas, and who are providing direct assistance to clients effected by the current pandemic crisis.

Van Go, Inc. – Van Go’s COVID-19 Emergency Response - $5,000
This grant program is made possible by generous donors to the Douglas County/Rise Lawrence Disaster Response Fund. Since March 25, 2020 the Fund has received $230,000 in grants and donations from current DCCF board members, staff, and donors, but additional contributions are needed NOW to meet the need.
