The Destination Playground at Clinton State Park is a planned nature-themed recreation area inspired by the park’s wildlife, natural resources, and outdoor adventures. Located near the Visitor Center, it will provide a unique play experience for local families, school groups, and visitors from across Kansas.
Designed to be inclusive and accessible, the playground will feature ADA-accessible equipment and pathways so children of all abilities can play together. Interactive features will encourage active play, exploration, and hands-on learning while introducing children to local wildlife, habitats, and the natural world.
