Tenants to Homeowners Fund

For more than thirty years, Tenants to Homeowners has served the greater Douglas County community by creating permanently affordable housing for those who need it most. As a not-for-profit organization, TTH stewards more than 130 affordable rentals and over 100 permanently affordable homes in trust. Since 1992, TTH has helped more than 350 families become homeowners. 

By donating to TTH you are directly supporting affordable rental units for survivors of domestic violence, young adults aging out of foster care, and individuals transitioning out of houselessness. Our homeownership units provide entry-level workforce housing for teachers, and social service workers. TTH also administers programs featuring fully accessible housing and provides affordable home repairs for seniors through our Helping Hammer Senior Home Repair program. Your support of TTH provides safe, energy efficient, permanently affordable housing solutions for those who need it most.
