Trinity In-Home Care provides non-medical home and community support services to people throughout Douglas County who are elderly and/or have disabilities, helping them live their best quality of life possible. Financial support fills the financial gap left by Medicaid’s under-funded program (65% of our care) and allows additional low-income individuals with a sliding scale for their care.
